ALL are Learning Conference Day has ended

Welcome to the 2022 Learning is for ALL conference day for ALL Medford School District employees! 


We are so excited to offer a wide variety of topics and formats to help personalize your learning time.  We invite you to register for: 1-hour interactive sessions, 2-hour hands-on workshops, tabletop discussions, and a STEAM lab experience. All live in-person sessions will be held at North Medford High School.

Please bring a charged laptop or tablet to your sessions. We’ll be providing lunch this year and light snacks will be available throughout the day.

Using framework from Positive Discipline we will be sharing strategies and tools which help establish an inclusive and equitable classroom community. Classroom meetings focus on student voice, peer rapport, and building problem solving skills. Class meetings allow students to get to know each other, openly share their thinking, figure things out together collaboratively, take risks, and really listen to one another. Class meetings are a time for everyone to feel included, valued, and safe in their classroom. The workshop will explore class meeting structure and implementation. We also will be discussing the "Mistaken Goals Rubric" which helps identify student motivation behind undesired behavior and how to inspire desired behavior.
